Console Configuration of Association Mechanism​

Take Meeting Management as an example, Meeting Management enables Meeting Notification and Meeting Topics. Therefore, the master document of Meeting Management can associate documents of Meeting Notification and Meeting Topics.

  • When documents associate, Association Overview list will generate relevant data of this association, including Master Doc and Associated Doc. Supports one-to-one or one-to-many association.
  • When documents associate, Propagation Log will generate one or more records with Master Doc, Associated Doc, Propagator, Recipient, and Propagation Date.
